Fayth CREGG

Fayth has been a full-time real estate agent since 2014 and works with buyers and sellers throughout the greater Boston area. She'll be that level-headed, savvy, calm-under-pressure advocate that you need when buying or selling one of your biggest assets, while at the same time being a warm, friendly, and caring sidekick. Whether you need hard data to analyze, advice on a home renovation, or a venting session (she knows first hand how real estate transactions aren't always a walk in the park) -- she's your girl.

Raised in Watertown and having lived and commuted all over the Boston area, Fayth has an extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods and surrounding towns. She's also a real estate investor, with a 2-family home in Everett and a short-term rental in central Vermont. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Fayth worked for a local non-profit that sends volunteer medical teams to foreign countries all over the world. Her job was to coordinate the logistics of these mission trips, which were inherently complicated and sometimes chaotic -- and translates perfectly to the multitasking and coordination required to manage the many moving parts and different personalities of a real estate purchase or sale.

When she isn't working, you'll probably find Fayth hanging out with her husband and two cats, trying out a new restaurant, getting her hands dirty with a home DIY project, or basking in the peace and quiet of her home away from home in rural Vermont.
