1) Homes that sell without the benefit of the multiple listing service (MLS) sell for 16.98% less than homes that are fully marketed to all qualified homebuyers according to an extensive study.* That is an $84,900 lost profit on a $500,000 property!
2) Agents who suggest you sell off market as a “private exclusive” make it sound enticing, but fail to mention that a small pool of buyers may result in substantially less money in your pocket.

February sales of single-family homes in the Leading Edge service area decreased -21.9% year-over-year. Inventory decreased -44.8%. The number of days on market over the last 12 months decreased -20% while median sale prices remain up +10.1% at $765,000.
